Lynn Schneider has been a professional accountant since 1984 for companies big and small. Recently, her focus has been on launching new businesses with an emphasis on bookkeeping and other financial aspects. She has sat on a number of Boards for non-profits and is avidly involved in the local community. Her philanthropic efforts include twenty years of leadership, six of those as Director of Science Fair and Destination Imagination.

As our CFO, Lynn manages our finances and cash flow as well as inventory management and operations.

John Staten is a small assembly expert with decades of experience in industries such as laboratory testing equipment, industrial cleaning equipment and medical devices. His keen attention to detail and extensive experience with fine assembly allows us to manufacture products of extremely high quality and consistency on tight timelines.

As our Production Manager, John ensures that products are built to spec and tested appropriately before going out the door.

June Salter is a subject matter expert in contracts with over ten years of experience managing Federal contracts as a Contract Operations Manager and Project Manager. She has extensive experience in processing newly awarded contracts with maintenance through completion including production and distribution of subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.

As our Contracts Specialist, June provides strategic guidance when navigating the Federal bidding and contracting process as well as Private sector engagements to ensure the project is managed and executed properly.
